Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines to attract and engage high-caliber financial advisors through strategic online sourcing, career fairs, and networking platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive initial candidate evaluations, facilitating seamless interview scheduling and coordination with internal hiring managers to ensure a robust talent match.
- Drive dynamic recruitment marketing initiatives, leveraging social media campaigns and targeted digital advertising to elevate the organization’s employer brand value.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience by actively managing the recruitment funnel, offering continuous communication, and guiding selected applicants through regulatory licensing and onboarding phases.
