Job Summary:

The HR Officer (Generalist) will cover the core HR functions supporting our real estate operations in Iloilo City. This role covers HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and training support for corporate, sales, and project‑based employees.

The HR Officer will partner closely with department heads to ensure efficient workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and a positive employee experience.
