Job Description
As L&D HR Officer, you'll be responible for:
- Coordinate, organize, and deliver training sessions
- Maintain & update the training catalogue
- Identify development needs and manage relationships with external training providers
- Ensure accurate HR data management and documentation (training records, performance data, job files)
- Coordinate and manage the performance management cycle (ensuring timely completion of objectives setting and reviews)
- Act as key user of HR tools providing user support and driving adoption across the organization
- Maintain and update job descriptions, job grading, and organizational charts
