Job Description
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and HR administration for teachers and educational support staff.
Maintain and oversee HR records, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and other personnel administration processes.
Coordinate payroll administration, compensation, benefits, allowances, and incentive programs in collaboration with the finance team.
Develop and implement performance management systems, career development frameworks, talent management initiatives, and succession planning strategies.
Design, organize, and monitor training programs, professional development initiatives, certifications, coaching activities, and employee bonding or scholarship programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal school policies and procedures.
