HIRING: HR Officer (25-30k)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment and onboarding of staff
• Monitoring employee performance and KPIs
• Handling staff discipline and HR documentation
• Coordinating training and probationary evaluations
• Maintaining employee records and attendance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws
• Organized, fair, and discreet
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Comfortable handling discipline and difficult conversations.
