Job Description

  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), memos, contracts, and certifications
  • Support the implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in conducting administrative hearings and investigations when necessary
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally
  • Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative role
