Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and mediating conflicts when necessary.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and development programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct orientation for new hires and facilitate training sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
