JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
• Investigate employee complaints, disciplinary cases, and policy violations in a fair and timely manner
• Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and/or management
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases, incident reports, and disciplinary actions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With proven experience in Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary procedures
• Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City (Head Office)
