Purpose of the Job
Provide HR and Payroll transactional support globally – with a focus on Europe, Asia Pacific, possibly US and Africa.
Maintain statutory compliance for India.
Hands on experience on ERP System – Success Factors preferred.
Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.
Responsible for HR operational support to India, including payroll delivery.
Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.
Escalate/refer cases to team leader as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
