We are looking for a senior HR&People Consultant who will shape and implement our People and Culture strategy, building strong foundations that will enable our business to scale successfully. This role is ideal for someone looking for 2-3 days part-time or portfolio work, while still having a meaningful impact at a strategic level. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, responsible for driving the people agenda, leading organisational change, and establishing robust HR policies, processes, and frameworks from scratch.
