What is the role about?

We are seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to join our HR Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong HR process expertise with a deep understanding of HR technology platforms, particularly Workday HCM.

As a key member of the HR Transformation function, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, improving, and optimising end-to-end HR processes while ensuring that supporting systems are effectively governed, maintained, and continuously enhanced.
