Responsibilities

Responsibility as a project manager to successfully build towards an effective environment as part of the project 

Communicate and track clear objectives and milestones for the workstream (project plan for this FY set) 

Provide regular status updates to project team / project lead 

Coordinate four substreams Culture, Language, Administration & Outside

Work towards achievement of goals set in the sub streams and support stream leads in achieving these goals 

Identify and allocate necessary resources, if needed 

Managing student support in the stream effective environment 

Support Org-Units in defining and establishing bottom-up measures 

Steering of interdependencies to other workstreams
