Job Description
**Recruitment Support & Administration:**
+ Assist with job postings, sourcing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules for roles across Rooms, F&B, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Admin.
+ Maintain and update recruitment calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of interviews.
+ Serve as the point of contact for candidates applying for roles across Rooms, F&B, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Admin positions.
+ Ensure candidates are informed about their application status throughout recruitment process.
+ Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes for roles across all departments.
+ Assist with interviews for new graduates, entry-level positions across Rooms, F&B, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Admin.
+ Coordinate logistics for interviews, ensuring interview panels are prepared and materials are available.
