Wishcraft Group of Companies is urgently seeking a passionate and driven HR Recruiter / Psychometrician to join our growing team.

Location: 160 Pasig Blvd, Pasig City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Create and post job advertisements across various channels
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth employee integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Licensed Psychometrician (REQUIRED)
• 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Familiar with recruitment tools and social media sourcing
• Available to start immediately
