Job Description

• Advertise job openings on different sourcing tools such as but not limited to social media and other job advertisement sites
• Identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, qualifications and skills of respective request for the open positions
• Sourcing of candidates for vacant positions based on the MRF/JD provided
• Review candidate applications
• Facilitate the hiring process (screening, interviews, selection, background investigation, completion of pre-employment requirements and others)
• Conduct initial interview (phone screening), face to face meet up as needed for qualified candidates but due pandemic to new normal interview is being done via zoom or google meet, skype and other platform
• Preparation and issuance of employee ID and contract
• Facilitate ATM card application of new employees
