Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across departments.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from posting job openings to onboarding
new hires.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and
other sourcing strategies.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
