Job Description
The HR Service Administrator will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support to all HR customers, predominantly to the HR Business Partner or HR Manager. The holder of this position will oversee the whole employee lifecycle and admister defined HR processes and procedures, such as Workday processes and document creation. The goal is a efficient way of working, customer satisfaction and contributing to continuous process and quality improvement.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
+ Provide first level support (e.g. for self-service tools), preparing HR reporting materials and dashboards, maintaining accurate HR data in systems, payroll and pension administration
+ Perform all routine employee life cycle workday processes (e.g. hire, job changes, compensation changes, leave of absence, exits)
