HR Services Subject Matter Expert
Reporting to the Global PX Services Manager, you will be the main support and point of contact for HR Admins and Payroll Specialists worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR Admin and Payroll teams across all markets.
- Act as the first point of contact and primary support for teams.
- Partner with the Global PX Services Manager to define, execute, and monitor HR admin and payroll processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive data quality initiatives to keep HR information accurate and up-to-date in the HRIS.
- Develop and analyze comprehensive reports related to HR data.
- Lead process implementations and spearhead automation improvements.
