HR Services Subject Matter Expert

Reporting to the Global PX Services Manager, you will be the main support and point of contact for HR Admins and Payroll Specialists worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR Admin and Payroll teams across all markets.
  • Act as the first point of contact and primary support for teams.
  • Partner with the Global PX Services Manager to define, execute, and monitor HR admin and payroll processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive data quality initiatives to keep HR information accurate and up-to-date in the HRIS.
  • Develop and analyze comprehensive reports related to HR data.
  • Lead process implementations and spearhead automation improvements.
