HR Specialist

Job Description

Our client is a restaurant (coffee) that has 13 branches in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

  • Handling in HRM factions.
  • Payroll, Com & Ben, Social Insurance, etc.
  • Managing employee documents.
  • Handling training and coordinating with the HRD team.
  • Handling recruitment (Collaborating with the Recruitment team).
  • Handling in HR team (1-2 person).
  • Planning with broad (Thai people).
  • Being able to do other tasks in an HR role.

    • Qualifications

  • Age 28 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor of degree or higher
  • Good command of English.
  • Have experience in HRM of at least 3 years
