Job Description

Key Responsibilities
A. Industrial/Employee Relations (IR/ER)
· Develop, review, and implement Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) policies, frameworks, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with Malaysian employment legislation, including the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
· Monitor changes in labour laws and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely updates to company policies, practices, and procedures.
· Provide strategic advice and guidance to management on employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace compliance matters.
· Strengthen governance through the standardization of IR processes, case management systems, documentation, and reporting practices.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, inspections, and investigations conducted by relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) and Labour Department.
