Position Summary


The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of both company and government benefits, as well as payroll for all employees using HRIS software. This role requires deep knowledge of government and payroll regulations, strong attention to detail, and hands‑on experience with payroll system to manage end‑to‑end payroll activities, reporting, compliance, and employee inquiries.


Key Responsibilities


Payroll Processing

  • Process full‑cycle payroll using HRIS system (including HRIS data entry, timekeeping validation, adjustments, and final runs).
  • Maintain and review payroll data for accuracy: hours worked, overtime, leaves, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Prepare and issue payslips, reports, and other payroll‑related documentation.
