Role and Responsibilities

• Provide walk‑in/call‑in support for HR tools (mainly Workday), incidents and questions about payroll, benefits, and other HR needs.
• Answer questions and address/resolution issues for managers and employees.
• Assist business HR with basic HR reporting.
• Support HRBPs with annual cycles and special projects.
• Provide issue tracking and resolution communication.
• Support talent attraction and employment life cycle management.
• Support employee communications, together with the Communications Manager.
• Support HR communication, HR initiatives and project execution.
• Support people event planning and execution.
• Act according to high compliance standards.
