We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will own key recruitment processes across the early employee lifecycle, including requisition creation, managing the offer process, and supporting onboarding. You will also coordinate visa processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
The ideal candidate brings experience in HR operations, HR systems and/or talent acquisition, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes independently. This is an office-based position. Given that we are a growing organisation, there might be an opportunity for a permanent position after the fixed term.
