HR Specialist - People Development and Learning

Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the conception and implementation of HR projects collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria process optimization, new HR formats, tools or initiatives)

  • Create presentations, decision papers and communication materials for various stakeholders

  • Conduct general analyses and surveys and prepare data reports

  • Support preliminary planning, event management and coordination

  • Cooperate and negotiate with external service providers hotels, catering companies)

  • Research and prepare information on HR-relevant topics

  • Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context

    • YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related field

  • Very good Microsoft Office 365 skills; ...
