JOB SUMMARY
The HR Associate provides support across multiple Human Resources functional areas, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, and Discipline. The role requires a professional with a strong sense of empathy, the ability to manage responsibilities across various HR facets, and a willingness to continuously learn and take on cross-functional assignments. The HR Associate facilitates effective communication between employees and Management while ensuring a balance between employee welfare and the organization’s business objectives.
