Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented HR Assistant to manage our recruitment activities and processes. The main goal is to hire the right candidates on-time to cover our hiring needs and meet our long-term objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Administer exam to applicants.
- Conduct background investigation.
- Facilitate the deployment of newly-hired employees that includes company orientation and new member’s assimilation program
- Initiate appropriate marketing strategies like use of Social Media to attract job applicants to apply and pursue job application in the company
- Source candidates for vacant positions using various sourcing strategies (social media, internal referrals, search firms, manpower agencies, etc.)
Qualifications
