We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant Recruitment & Training to support hiring activities and assist in coordinating employee training programs. The role involves recruitment administration, candidate coordination, onboarding support, and training logistics to ensure employees are well-integrated and continuously developed.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offers
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies
Training & Development
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling training programs
