- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR‑related documents such as memos, forms, letters, and reports.
- Assist in organizing and filing documents for recruitment, employee movements, and other HR transactions.
- Handle logistics for HR programs, orientations, and events (e.g., booking venues, preparing materials).
- Monitor and replenish office and HR supplies, ensuring availability at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of HR reports, government compliance documents, and other administrative requirements.
