Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll preparation and maintain payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Post job openings, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years HR, payroll, or recruitment experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of payroll and government regulations.
- Basic recruitment and onboarding skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
