Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of overseas HR services, ensuring efficient execution of global employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and international assignments.
  • Standardize and document overseas HR processes, continuously optimize related manuals to ensure consistency and compliance with local regulations across different countries/regions.
  • Act as a liaison between headquarters and overseas HR/business teams to coordinate and resolve employee inquiries and urgent issues.
  • Regularly follow up on service satisfaction and business needs related to overseas HR operations to improve Shared Service Center (SSC) performance.
  • Introduce automation tools (e.g., RPA) to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance the efficiency of SSC services.
