Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling module business within the SSC team, including new employee onboarding, resignation, transfer, contract signing, personnel file management, certificate issuance, leave approval, payroll calculation and settlement, etc.; handling designated module business and employee inquiries and Q&A; able to independently and flexibly handle relevant business scenario issues and cases.
  • Responsible for coordinating business with HRBP, SSC, payroll, and other collaborative teams, undertaking SSC-related work in Russia, and maintaining information synchronization and collaborative support with the SSC headquarters team and the Asia-Pacific SSC team.
  • Responsible for identifying business process and system issues and areas for optimization, and iteratively optimizing these issues through proactive communication, feedback, and collaboration.
