Female; Must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ Political Science or other relevant courses; With at least 1 to 2 years of HRD experience specializing in employee relations; With experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage; Must be knowledgeable with principles and procedures concerning labor relations and negotiation; Must be good in resolving internal issues, grievances and labor disputes; Has excellent organizational, and verbal & written communication skills; Must have the ability to maintain and practice high level of confidentiality.
