Job Description
Job Description - Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on‑boarding and off‑boarding, training, performance management and employee relations
- Recruitment and interview process
- Process work pass applications and renewals
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters
- Maintain & upkeep on employee P-File (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Assist annual performance appraisal process
- Maintain leave and attendance records
- Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi‑Skill, CSOC and other training courses
- Benefits and welfare administration
- Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters
- Assist in review of HR policies and procedures
- Process claim reimbursement
- Any other matters as required by Management
