What You Will Do:
Workday Case Resolution Management
Execute standardized HR processes across the employee lifecycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience.Serve as a Tier 2 support contact for employee inquiries, leveraging knowledge bases and case management tools.Complete mass data changes.Deliver global HR reports that do not require advanced analytics as well as regular data quality auditsDigital Enablement & Systems
