We’re looking for an HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our SAP SuccessFactors Learning system, ensuring training is delivered, tracked and reported effectively across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Provide LMS support and resolve user issues
• Configure and manage courses, users and learning content
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance (including SOX)
• Support reporting, dashboards and training compliance
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements
