Job Description
- Act as global system owner for SAP SuccessFactors, including hands‑on configuration (e.g., workflows, business rules, permissions, data models, releases).
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and scalable technical solutions.
- Manage system enhancements, quarterly releases, testing cycles, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, documentation standards, and compliance.
- Oversee integration points and the broader HR tech landscape (e.g., time management tools).
- Lead complex HR transformation projects end‑to‑end — beyond system implementation (process redesign, operating model evolution, governance structures).
