About the Role
• Lead the end‑to‑end management of Learning and Development programs to build workforce capability and support organisational priorities.
• Partner to select divisions on all enterprise Talent & Culture initiatives and divisional specific issues; including but not limited to understanding challenges / gaps and solutioning.
