This is a hybrid role that would require team members to come onsite once per month in either La Crosse, WI or Rosemont, IL.
Position Responsibilities:  


+ Designs, develops and deploys new custom software with a clear understanding of the value the software is to provide.

+ Produces clean, efficient, well-commented code based on requirements and design.

+ Analyzes, designs, generates and maintains SQL databases, stored procedures and other database objects.

+ Troubleshoots complex processes, diagnoses the root cause and provides a stable solution without incurring technical debt.

+ Produces accurate and clear documentation, both technical documents for the development team and user guides. Communicates these appropriately to the user base as needed.

+ Helps maintain the backlog of requests and ideas, provides analysis and feedback regarding effort and risk, and helps refine tasks and prioritize and plan work.
