Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking an HR Training Coordinator - 1st Shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.50 - $28.00 per hour.

The core hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm.

The HR Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and delivering training programs that support safe, efficient, and consistent operations within the manufacturing facility. The Training Coordinator collaborates closely with operations leadership, safety teams, quality, and HR to maintain training compliance and improve workforce capability
