Be responsible for facilitating until the delivery of the qualification training on agreed schedule.Support training session by preparing training documents and materials.Facility to run the online/ On-site session smoothly Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, virtual classroom training, e-learning, etc.Provide and summarize the status of training hour or learning reports to management.
