Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, retention and succession planningDevelop, implement and maintain all HR policies, procedures and processesManage end to end recruitment, including posting of job advertisements, conducting of interviews, making employment offers, preparing of employment contracts, onboarding (including induction/orientation), offboarding (including but not limited to conduct exit interviews) and employee confirmationProvide immigration and relocation processes including work pass applications and renewalResponsible for timely and accurate Payroll management – Times PayManage compensation & benefits and performance managementConduct training and/or source for external training programmes Work with department heads to retain and develop identified talent and sk...
