Job Purpose
- To lead and manage the Property Compliance Service within the Housing Directorate, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met across the Council’s property portfolio. This role is crucial for safeguarding residents, assets, and the Council’s reputation by maintaining full compliance with legislation, government policies, and best practice standards.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
- Provide strong leadership as part of the Directorate Senior Leadership Team to deliver strategic priorities and financial targets.
- Act as an ambassador for the Council, promoting its vision, values, and corporate objectives.
