Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes, including misconduct investigations, show-cause letters, warnings, suspension, and termination.
- Act as Domestic Inquiry (DI) Prosecutor, handling charge framing, evidence preparation, and DI proceedings.
- Handle employee grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
- Advise management on disciplinary actions, IR risks, compliance, and legal outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and relevant labour laws.
- Review and propose IR/ER policies, SOPs, procedures, and documentation.
- Promote positive employee relations, engagement initiatives, and a healthy workplace culture.
- Manage HR communications related to employee relations and policies.
- Probation monitoring and employment confirmation for new hires.
- Manage employee exit procedures and offboarding processes.
