Job Title: HRBP- Human Resources Business Partner
Location: El Paso, TX (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Duration: 6 months (Contract)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour on W2
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM – 05:00 PMJob Description
- Manage day to day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model; first point of contact for all hourly associates.
- Lead on employee escalations, investigations, complaints Provide support and coaching to Front Line Supervisors.
- Support HR Manager in coaching the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters.
