Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide HR support that helps achieve business goals
  • Translate business requirements into actionable people plans with department leaders
  • Handle day-to-day HR matters including employee relations, policy guidance, and workplace issues
  • Support manpower planning and organisational changes, ensuring the right team structure is in place
  • Spot workforce or capability issues early and suggest practical ways to address them
  • Guide managers on performance conversations, feedback handling, and leadership improvement
  • Run performance management activities and encourage ongoing feedback across teams
  • Drive execution of HR programs and initiatives across different departments
  • Help strengthen company culture through engagement activities and internal initiatives
