Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide HR support that helps achieve business goals
- Translate business requirements into actionable people plans with department leaders
- Handle day-to-day HR matters including employee relations, policy guidance, and workplace issues
- Support manpower planning and organisational changes, ensuring the right team structure is in place
- Spot workforce or capability issues early and suggest practical ways to address them
- Guide managers on performance conversations, feedback handling, and leadership improvement
- Run performance management activities and encourage ongoing feedback across teams
- Drive execution of HR programs and initiatives across different departments
- Help strengthen company culture through engagement activities and internal initiatives
