Role Description:
This role will be responsible for HCGA operations by keeping people processes, payroll, performance cycles, and office operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders, manage large sets of data, and turn them into clear, useful insights. A strong foundation in Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
Responsibilities:
