HRI (Health Records & Information) Officer
The HRIO will ensure timely accurate data entry into EMR/manual registers, data cleaning, basic data analysis, uploading data on the Web PPR and submitting reports to MoH. The HRIO will handle data from the testing points within the dispensary.The HRIO will capture data from the service points i.e., OPD, ANC, MCH, Maternity, TB, PMTCT and CCC, which include client linkage for the seropositive, preparing the weekly PPR report, monthly MOH reports, quarterly benchmark reports and prepare biweekly data review reports to be discussed at the facility level.The MOH reports includes a breakdown of HIV testing done for Children less than 5 years and those above 5 years, segregated TB data to capture those who tu...
