Job Description: 

The Site Health, Safety, Environment & Garret Excellence Management(HSE & GEM) leader has dual responsibilities for the Health & Safety of all employees of, visitors and contractors to the facilities in the Bangalore office, Bangalore lab and Madurai office to ensure compliance with all relevant Indian HSE legislation and Corporate policy, and in addition, this person will lead the deployment of the six-sigma-based operating system at this site supported by Leaders and other Practitioners.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Actively participate as a valued member of the site leadership team to provide leadership, guidance and technical support to achieve world class results as defined in the annual operating budget or plan (AOP).
  • Deploy effective Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental management system (HSEMS), maintain regulatory compliance and improve the overall HSE culture within the business.
