**Pay Rate** :

$82,500 – $110,000

_Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan._

+ Responsible for leading systems, processes and procedures that promote a positive safety culture, which results in an injury-free and healthy workplace. Collaborate with local leadership to execute all local, state, federal regulatory HSE requirements and company HSE programs.
